About the Role:
Creed Media is on the hunt for a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our growing tech team! As a core member, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our platform by crafting engaging, user-centric digital experiences that drive user acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, and Commercial Sales) to develop user-focused designs that align with business goals and enhance user retention.
- Conduct user research to gather actionable insights, inform design decisions, and improve the overall user journey.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and scalability.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to consistently deliver innovative solutions.
- Advocate for design thinking and the user experience throughout the product development cycle.
- Collaborate with developers and project leads to ensure smooth handoff and execution of designs.
- Present your design work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and drive continuous design improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, ideally with consumer-facing digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and FigJam/Whimsical.
- Experience conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Full fluency in English is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with motion design or animation (using tools like After Effects or Blender).
- Background in the entertainment, media, music, or social networking industries.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
