What You'll Do:
- Collaborate: Work with Product Management and Engineering to translate business needs into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Design: Communicate your design solutions through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Balance User and Business Needs: Make informed decisions that balance user experience with business goals, and be able to defend these decisions.
- Own Features: Take ownership of UX functionality, work with stakeholders to define requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Document: Maintain thorough documentation of user research findings, design deliverables, and any updates to the design system.
- Supervise Implementation: Provide guidance to ensure the design is implemented to a high standard and verify that solutions are viable.
- Measure Impact: Track UX-related KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of your work.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Background in designing B2B products and web-based SaaS products.
- Ability to understand and apply an established design system.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern front-end technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing your design work with a clear outline of your role in each project (please include a link).
- Proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Good time-management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work East Coast hours (9am-6pm ET U.S. time).
Location:
- EU/EE preferred (long-term contractor role). This position does not hire FTEs in the U.S.
Selection Process:
- Submit your application with a portfolio that includes 5-15 images of final development-ready mockups for a B2B SaaS project.
- Initial phone screen (30 mins).
- Hiring manager call (45 mins).
- Team interview with UX and Product teams (2 x 30 mins).
- Complete a brief design project.
- Final round interviews with the CTO and CPO (30 mins each).
- Reference checks (2-3 references).

This is a remote full-time contractor role with performance-based growth and the opportunity to lead the creative direction across high-visibility campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Head of Creative and a high-performing marketing team to design assets that convert—on and offline. Your work will be seen by thousands, drive real business results, and help shape a brand that’s making serious waves in the home services industry.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Designing high-performing Facebook ads, funnel assets, and landing pages
- Creating visual assets for print (postcards, event signage, etc.)
- Designing engaging lead magnets, downloadable resources, and webinar slides
- Collaborating with writers, video editors, and media buyers
- Using data (with support) to improve creative performance over time
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience designing for performance-driven marketing (ads, funnels, direct mail, events)
- A polished portfolio that shows conversion-focused design work
- Mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
- A proactive mindset—you bring solutions, not just designs
- Attention to detail and consistency across formats and channels
- Comfort working asynchronously with a team across time zones
- Bonus: Familiarity with info products, membership funnels, or business opportunity spaces
- Bonus: Basic animation or motion design skills
