AI-First Ad Designer

This role is for creatives who thrive on performance — not polish. We’re a fast-moving marketing team focused on building attention-grabbing, conversion-driven ads. If you’re fluent in AI tools and passionate about testing what works, this could be your dream job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create high-volume, high-velocity image ads for direct response campaigns
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo, and ChatGPT to generate concepts and iterate fast
• Touch up images in Photoshop (light editing only — overlays, cutouts, text treatments)
• Test, learn, and improve — we care about performance, not perfection
• Work closely with a creative team that values speed, experimentation, and results

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have a strong eye for ad styles that convert (not branding or UI/UX)
• Use AI tools daily to build visual content
• Are curious, self-taught, and excited by what’s possible with GenAI
• Understand what gets clicks — and why
• Are fluent in English and work well in a remote, async team
• Live in the Americas and can overlap with US working hours

Bonus If You:

• Have automated parts of your image workflow using Zapier, Make, or N8N
• Know the world of Facebook ads, VSLs, UGC, or affiliate offers
• Regularly study ad libraries and swipe files for inspiration
• Have experience optimizing your own content or testing creatives for performance

• Specialize in brand, UI, or identity design
• Take hours to polish a single image
