EWOR is looking for an AI UI/UX & Brand Designer to help build new products and initiatives from the ground up.

This is a highly autonomous role for a designer who enjoys 0-to-1 product building, AI, brand creation, and fast experimentation. You'll work within a new department backed by experienced technology founders, helping turn early strategic ideas into products ready for real-world validation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design work across new AI-focused initiatives.
  • Turn early concepts and strategic ideas into tangible product experiences.
  • Help take projects from initial prototypes toward production.
  • Shape UI/UX and brand direction for products being built from scratch.
  • Work closely with engineers, researchers, and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to execution roadmaps and key product milestones.
  • Iterate quickly as new products are tested and validated.
  • Take significant ownership over design decisions and outcomes.

What They're Looking For

  • Strong UI/UX and brand design expertise.
  • Experience building or launching products from an early stage.
  • A highly independent, hands-on approach to design.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong interest or experience in AI and emerging technology.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to suitable remote/relocation arrangements.

EWOR is particularly interested in people who can move beyond executing briefs and instead take end-to-end ownership of what needs to be built and how to get there.
