We are a team of doers, led by experienced entrepreneurs, who constantly evolve our product based on user feedback. As a fully remote company, we welcome applicants from almost anywhere. Our team collaborates mostly from 9 AM – 2 PM PT, with asynchronous work to connect across time zones.

The Role
We’re looking for an Art Director to lead visual direction for performance marketing and growth. You’ll balance creative leadership and people management—guiding concept development while managing and mentoring a team of designers and motion creatives.

You’ll ensure our work is brand-aligned, performance-optimized, and of the highest quality, while fostering a culture of collaboration and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve visual direction for marketing creative across channels and formats.
  • Support hypothesis-driven creative testing and iterate based on results.
  • Translate goals and insights into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Lead concepting and design for high-impact campaigns (paid social, product launches, landing pages, emails, and more).
  • Adapt creative to resonate with different audiences while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Provide hands-on art direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers.
  • Partner with growth, product, and content leads to ensure creative is both brand-aligned and performance-optimized.
  • Collaborate with the creative operations manager to manage timelines, deliverables, and resourcing.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in visual design and art direction.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire designers while maintaining high standards of craft.
  • Strong instincts for advertising creative with a portfolio showcasing standout work across platforms.
  • Familiarity with advertising best practices and creative testing frameworks.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Comfortable using performance data to inform creative decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with a strong eye for great creative.
