Associate Creative Director

Power Digital – Full-time – Remote (LATAM only)

Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth marketing firm that blends marketing, consulting, and data to drive revenue and recognition for top global brands. They’re seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead creative direction across a dedicated vertical—overseeing strategy, design, production, and post-production.

Location: Open to candidates legally eligible to work in LATAM
Language: Advanced English required

What you'll do:

• Own the creative vision for B2B clients across all channels
• Turn insights and data into strategic, high-impact campaigns
• Guide and review all creative execution: design, copy, production, post
• Pitch ideas and present to client stakeholders
• Lead a team of senior creatives, supporting their growth and performance
• Drive creative-led client expansion and retention opportunities
• Ensure quality control, workflow efficiency, and team alignment with goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as ACD, CD, or Creative Lead at a creative/media agency
• Strong portfolio across multiple channels (digital, video, performance, etc.)
• Expertise in one or more areas: design, copywriting, production, post, or strategy
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to manage creative teams across multiple accounts
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Organized, proactive, and highly conceptual thinker
