We’re growing our team and looking for an Associate Product Designer to support our product design efforts. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of our lead designer, owning small-to-medium scoped projects end-to-end and contributing to larger initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to design practical, well-crafted solutions that simplify complex workflows and improve the usability of our SaaS platform.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to the design of features across our SaaS platform, from discovery through delivery.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support research and engineering alignment.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews (WCAG/ADA).
- Help simplify complex B2B workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Maintain and expand our Figma-based design system for consistency and reusability.
- Work closely with developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Incorporate qualitative feedback and usage data into design decisions.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and tools, especially AI and automation in design.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years in Product Design or UX/UI, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio showing UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polish.
- Experience designing data-dense dashboards or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and collaborative tools like Miro.
- Strong foundation in UX principles, responsive design, and usability.
- Strong communication skills to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Bonus: Experience with AI design tools or workflows.
