Role Overview
As Nash’s Brand Designer, you will shape how the company’s brand is perceived across all channels, from digital campaigns and product marketing to event visuals and the website. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth and the Product Designer, you will refine the visual identity, elevate storytelling, and turn complex product concepts into compelling creative assets.
This role carries high ownership: you’ll create consistent, scalable design systems, templates, and materials that set a benchmark for clarity, polish, and brand cohesion. It’s perfect for a designer who balances creativity, speed, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of Nash’s visual identity and brand design system across digital, marketing, and content channels
- Work alongside Product Designers to translate UX flows and product features into engaging marketing visuals
- Design high-impact assets such as sales decks, product one-pagers, event graphics, and digital campaigns
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries for company-wide use
- Support product marketing with launch visuals, blog graphics, case studies, and other collateral
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up ideation, iteration, and production while maintaining high-quality design
- Contribute to shaping the overall creative direction and growth of the Nash brand
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, ideally in high-growth SaaS or B2B companies
- Portfolio showing strong systems thinking, high-quality execution, and measurable brand impact across multiple channels
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Webflow or similar web design/development tools
- Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, visual stories
- Experience building reusable templates and design systems for fast-moving teams
- Comfortable working independently with a focus on delivering results
- Thoughtful application of AI tools to enhance creativity while preserving originality
- Bonus: experience in motion graphics or video production (After Effects, Premiere, Runway)
