We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how the world sees Nash. You’ll help define and evolve our visual identity, working closely with our Product Designer and Head of Marketing to turn product value into compelling design that cuts through the noise.
What You’ll Do
- Own Nash’s brand design across all touchpoints—web, content, decks, campaigns, social, events, and more.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Design assets for product marketing: one-pagers, launch graphics, case studies, blog visuals, etc.
- Collaborate with the Product Designer to create visuals that bring product flows and complex ideas to life.
- Contribute to creative direction and ensure brand consistency across the customer journey.
- Use AI tools to speed up iteration while maintaining high standards in quality and originality.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in brand, visual, or marketing design—ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment.
- A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and high-impact brand work across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Webflow (or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, powerful visual communication.
- Experience creating scalable templates and design systems for fast-moving teams.
- Self-starter who works independently and gets things done.
- Bonus: motion/video design skills (After Effects, Runway, or Premiere).
