Brand Designer

Nash
Europe Only
Full-time
Apply
This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

Nash is building the logistics infrastructure for the internet. While last-mile delivery is a $500B industry powering much of today’s digital commerce, it’s still heavily reliant on fragmented, self-managed API integrations. Nash takes a different approach—offering full-stack orchestration tools that improve efficiency across the entire customer journey, from checkout to courier management, customer engagement, and post-purchase experience.

The company’s goal is ambitious: to power a significant share of all last-mile deliveries worldwide. Nash is already partnering with major global retailers like Walmart, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, and is backed by leading investors including Y Combinator and a16z.

Founded in 2021 by MIT alumni Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim (both repeat founders), Nash is headquartered in San Francisco and operates as a fully remote team.

The Role

As Nash’s Brand Designer, you’ll shape how the world sees and experiences the Nash brand. This is a high-ownership, high-impact position where you’ll drive the creative direction and consistency of our visual identity across all marketing and customer-facing touchpoints.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & Growth and collaborate closely with the Product Designer to translate product value into clear, polished design. From web design and content to campaigns, sales assets, and events—you’ll play a central role in helping Nash tell its story.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of Nash’s brand identity across web, marketing materials, and presentations
  • Create compelling visuals for product launches, campaigns, sales decks, blog content, and case studies
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to turn technical features into engaging visual narratives
  • Develop scalable design systems and templates to support a fast-moving team
  • Use AI tools strategically to streamline concepting and production
  • Maintain high standards for design quality, consistency, and clarity
  • Contribute to overall creative strategy as the brand grows

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, ideally within SaaS or B2B startups
  • A strong portfolio that shows systems thinking, attention to detail, and a clear brand voice
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Webflow or similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to explain complex ideas through simple, effective design
  • Skilled at building reusable components and templates for scale
  • Independent, self-motivated, and fast-paced
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI to enhance your creative workflow
  • Bonus: experience in video or motion design using After Effects, Runway, or similar
