Brand Designer

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve Zerion’s brand identity across all products and channels.
• Create modern, cohesive graphics for marketing, product, and social media.
• Maintain and improve landing pages using no-code tools like Framer or Webflow.
• Update and refine brand assets, design systems, and visual components.
• Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, product surfaces, and documentation.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance ideation and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to support launches and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in brand or visual design for tech or product companies.
• Strong portfolio showing clean, scalable, and modern branding work.
• Daily proficiency with design tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Understanding of branding for fintech or Web3 companies.
• Comfortable with no-code website tools (Framer/Webflow).
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple design initiatives.
• Web3 experience and understanding of its aesthetics.
• Fluent English (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Ability to iterate quickly using data-informed insights.
• Awareness of crypto culture, memes, and ecosystem visuals.
• Experience with 3D graphics or willingness to experiment with simple 3D assets.
• Data-driven creative mindset to measure and optimize results.
• Experience collaborating asynchronously in a remote setup.
