You’ll design and optimize AI + human-powered chatbots that support and convert millions of customers. This role blends creativity, technical skills, and data-driven decision-making to improve conversational experiences across e-commerce and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize chatbot conversation flows for engagement, support, and conversion.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned conversation copy.
- Analyze chatbot transcripts and performance to propose improvements.
- Apply NLP/LLM tools and prompt engineering to enhance scalability and quality.
- Localize chatbots for international audiences in partnership with global teams.
- Collaborate with analytics to measure impact and performance.
- Conduct QA testing (functional, linguistic, regression).
- Lead or contribute to special projects, e.g., bot consolidation or new launches.
Requirements:
- 2+ years designing, launching, and maintaining chatbots or conversational AI solutions.
- Familiarity with NLP platforms (Dialogflow, Watson, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Python, HTML, or JavaScript.
- Data fluency with performance analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.
- Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Asana, Azure Boards, Figma, LucidChart.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management.
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, iterative environments.
Bonus:
- Experience with ChatScript or other chatbot scripting languages.
- Experience localizing bots for global audiences.
- Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, or customer experience teams.
- Ability to independently lead QA and post-launch analysis.
