OpenTrain AI is looking for a detail-oriented Chatbot Response Quality Analyst to review and assess AI-generated responses.
In this fully remote position, you'll compare answers from multiple chatbots, evaluating their accuracy, clarity, relevance, completeness, and overall quality. Your feedback will help improve the reliability and consistency of AI-powered systems.
This 16-week freelance opportunity is suited to candidates with experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and compare responses generated by different AI chatbots.
- Evaluate content for factual accuracy, clarity, relevance, and completeness.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and quality issues.
- Provide structured feedback based on established evaluation guidelines.
- Document findings and maintain consistent assessment standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases when necessary.
- Meet productivity and turnaround-time expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English with effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
- Familiarity with AI chatbots, digital tools, and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with large language models, AI response evaluation, data-quality projects, or business analysis is an advantage.

- Location: Fully remote, open worldwide.
- Contract Type: Part-time freelance.
- Duration: 16 weeks.
- Working Hours: 20+ hours per week.
- Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends when required, with two weekdays off.
