The Advertising Product & Technology team is building the next generation of ad tools for audio and video. Our work impacts millions of listeners and thousands of advertisers, creating opportunities for creators around the world.
We’re looking for a mid-level Content Designer to join the Ads design organization. In this role, you’ll craft clear and purposeful UX copy for the Ads Manager interface and consumer-facing ad formats. You'll help standardize language across teams and contribute to content systems that scale globally.
This position is ideal for a content designer or UX writer who’s ready to drive projects, collaborate closely with designers and product teams, and shape content strategy for a complex product ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Write concise, direct UX copy and microcopy for product surfaces
- Tailor messaging for different audiences and contexts
- Follow and contribute to content standards, tone of voice, and style guidelines
- Create copy that guides users and encourages action
- Map out content flow using simple wireframes and user journeys
- Work directly in Figma to adjust copy within designs and prototypes
- Organize content with clear hierarchy and navigation structures
- Identify user needs and translate them into content solutions
- Apply accessibility and inclusion principles to all writing
- Audit existing content and propose improvements
- Plan and analyze A/B tests to measure performance
- Interpret data to evaluate content effectiveness
- Facilitate conversations with cross-functional teams to build alignment
- Present ideas confidently and integrate feedback thoughtfully
- Communicate with empathy and clarity
Who You Are
- 3+ years in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or a related field
- A portfolio showing strong UX writing and content design work
- Experience in advertising technology or digital ad products is a plus
- Strong interest in AI and curiosity to learn emerging tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language
- Experience building or contributing to content strategies
- Comfortable collaborating across design, product, engineering, and marketing
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
Location & Work Structure
- Open to candidates based in the Americas, in locations where the company can legally employ
- Team collaborates on U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation & Benefits (U.S.)
- Base salary range: $118,623 – $169,462
