$104,000 – $166,400 annually (approximately $50–80/hour)

Employment Type

Contract (Part-time)

Approximately 20 hours per week for an initial 4-month engagement, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

Nadia Care is seeking a UX Researcher to lead member discovery research that will directly influence product strategy.

In this role, you'll conduct qualitative research with members, uncover user needs and pain points, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Your research will help shape product experiences designed to better support expectant mothers throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve interview guides for qualitative research.
  • Plan and execute participant recruitment strategies using multiple outreach methods.
  • Conduct regular user interviews alongside care and outreach teams.
  • Identify barriers affecting the member experience, including usability challenges and access issues.
  • Analyze qualitative findings and create meaningful user personas.
  • Surface behavioral insights and retention opportunities that product and care teams can quickly act upon.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX research or qualitative research.
  • Healthcare or healthcare-related experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong interviewing, observation, and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to identify patterns from complex qualitative data.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical or care teams is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
