Great products are remembered for the details
A carefully chosen typeface. The right amount of spacing. An illustration that explains an idea without words.
Those small decisions shape how people experience a product every day.
Superhuman is looking for a Visual Designer to help expand and refine the visual language behind its AI productivity platform. Working with the Brand Experience and Product Design teams, you'll transform creative concepts into polished assets that strengthen the product experience while keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
What you'll contribute
This role combines visual craftsmanship with systems thinking. You'll be involved in projects such as:
- Creating icons, illustrations, interface assets, and other product visuals.
- Expanding the company's visual language across typography, colour, layout, and brand expression.
- Turning creative briefs into production-ready design work.
- Collaborating with Product Designers to ensure visual consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Maintaining organised design files and contributing to shared component libraries.
- Taking part in design critiques and helping raise the overall quality of the team's work.
This role could be a great fit if you...
- Have 4+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital product design.
- Enjoy balancing creative exploration with design system consistency.
- Are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have a strong eye for typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Feel comfortable working within an established brand while helping it evolve.
- Can manage several projects without compromising quality or attention to detail.
Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus, but not required.
