Blink UX is looking for a Conversation Designer to create AI experiences that feel natural, useful, and aligned with each client's brand. Working with product teams, researchers, and engineers, you'll help shape how people interact with chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-powered support systems.
What you'll help design
Your work will focus on creating conversations that solve real problems, not just generate responses.
Projects may include:
- Designing end-to-end conversational experiences for AI products.
- Mapping dialogue flows and interaction patterns.
- Writing clear, natural, and brand-consistent conversational content.
- Building conversation maps, wireflows, and interactive prototypes.
- Using research findings and analytics to improve AI interactions over time.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers throughout the design process.
- Ensuring conversations are accessible, inclusive, and easy to understand.
Who they're hoping to meet

You'll likely be a strong fit if you have:
- Experience designing conversational experiences for AI products.
- A background in UX Design, Content Design, or Conversation Design.
- Experience working with generative AI or agentic AI systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating conversation flows, UX writing, or AI interaction design.
- Familiarity with prompt design and conversation optimisation.
- Strong systems thinking and collaboration skills.
