We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our Creators team—the people designing the tools that make it all possible. You’ll help build intuitive, powerful experiences for worldbuilders, avatar creators, and developers across the globe.

What You’ll Do
- Design core creator tools: Help creators upload, manage, publish, and monetize their content—smoothly and intuitively.
- Simplify complexity: Turn technical systems into elegant UX, making powerful tools accessible to both hobbyists and professionals.
- Craft cross-platform UI: Design across desktop, web, and mobile with responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Collaborate closely: Work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and a senior design lead to ship impactful updates.
- Put users first: Gather insights from creators, support teams, and community feedback to reduce friction and improve usability.
- Prototype and test: Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows. Participate in user testing and early discovery for new features.
- Contribute to systems: Align with our design systems team to ensure consistency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years designing digital products, ideally tools, platforms, or complex workflows.
- Experience simplifying complex UX without losing clarity or control.
- Strong systems thinking—you understand how tools fit into broader product journeys.
- Fluent in Figma and confident collaborating with engineers to ship your work.
- Comfortable designing for technical users (e.g., Unity, SDKs, scripting tools).
- A proactive, thoughtful communicator who thrives in remote collaboration.
- A passion for creativity, community, and giving power to the user.
Nice to Have
- Experience with moderation, trust & safety, or digital community management.
- Familiarity with VR, avatars, or social presence design.
- Background in cross-platform design, especially for immersive or real-time systems.
- Interest in the sociology of digital spaces or emergent online behavior.
