We’re looking for a UX Researcher who’s passionate about creating seamless user experiences and deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem. You’ll help us design products that transform how people navigate and invest in the crypto markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover user needs across both retail investors and seasoned traders.
  • Analyze user interactions on our platform and complement them with on-chain data (e.g., wallet usage, trading patterns, token holdings) to spot friction points and opportunities.
  • Use blockchain tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Etherscan) to layer behavioral insights into your research.
  • Partner with designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable UX improvements for dashboards, prediction models, and analytics tools.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product development and align the team around user needs.
  • Stay ahead of Web3 UX trends and crypto market shifts, championing best practices that build trust, clarity, and engagement.
  • Present research insights to stakeholders and connect user needs directly to Token Metrics’ mission.
  • Collaborate on feature development—portfolio trackers, AI-driven signals, and more—iterating based on continuous feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in UX research, product design, or related roles, with a track record of user-focused results.
  • Crypto-native: hands-on experience with wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet), DeFi platforms, dApps, or trading tools.
  • Proven on-chain activity (trading, staking, yield farming, governance, etc.) and familiarity with blockchain analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of research methodologies and design principles applied to crypto interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills: able to distill complex research into insights for designers, engineers, and leadership.
