Designer - Brand, Marketing & Web

What You’ll Do:

• Brand Evolution: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that speaks to DevRev’s mission, values, and vision.
• Web Design: Conceptualize and design user-friendly, visually compelling web experiences that align with our marketing strategy and business objectives.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft impactful designs for digital and print materials, including ads, emails, presentations, and more.
• Social Media & Video: Design captivating social media posts, videos, and animations that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Event Design: Create eye-catching booth displays, promotional materials, and assets for conferences and events that reflect DevRev’s brand.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product marketing, content, and engineering teams to bring creative ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing strong digital and print design skills. Experience with web and video design is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience leading small design teams and coordinating creative projects.
  • Bonus if you have experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Blender) and 3D tools.
  • Knowledge of CSS and website tools like Spline is a plus.
• Creative Vision: Strong conceptual skills with the ability to create designs that tell a compelling story and resonate with the target audience.
• Tech-Savvy Communicator: Able to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible designs and stay updated with emerging technologies.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects at once.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs.
