Jane is a remote-first, founder-led company on a mission to support healthcare practitioners. They’re hiring their first DesignOps Specialist to shape design operations from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate UX research operations
- Manage tooling like Figma, Miro, Monday.com, and Looker
- Support design team rituals and project tracking
- Streamline onboarding and workflow processes
- Collaborate on design systems and process documentation
You’re a fit if you’re:
- Organized and proactive
- Collaborative and detail-oriented
- Respectful of the design craft (not necessarily a designer)
- Curious, kind, and action-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience with UX research ops or design systems
- Familiarity with SaaS or health tech environments
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, or Looker
