The Role
We’re seeking a digital-first designer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on creativity. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from landing pages and conversion experiments to websites, digital products, and brand systems. This role blends UI/UX design with storytelling, giving you the chance to influence both product performance and brand impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design process for web and digital projects, from early concepts to polished UI.
- Turn project goals, insights, and brand guidelines into compelling design solutions.
- Build wireframes, flows, and prototypes to test and validate ideas quickly.
- Design high-fidelity UI and scalable visual systems that balance usability and creativity.
- Iterate based on data and feedback, testing variations to optimize performance.
- Work side by side with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Contribute to evolving design systems and component libraries.
- Stay on top of design trends and share fresh ideas with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of design experience (agency, SaaS, or product).
- Portfolio showing both clean, conversion-focused UI and creative brand/campaign work.
- Strong skills in Figma; comfort with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Solid grasp of user-centered design, responsive layouts, and UX best practices.
- Experience prototyping, iterating, and shipping designs quickly.
- Ability to connect design choices with business and user goals.
- Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining ideas.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with developers, strategists, and clients.
- Bonus: familiarity with CRO/PLG principles, motion design, or design system management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65k–$80k, depending on experience.
- 100% health insurance premium coverage (U.S.).
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Flexible hours within ET–PT time zones.
- Generous PTO and sick leave.
- Health & wellness stipend.
- Annual company retreat.
- Opportunities for ownership and creative growth.
