The Role
As Director of Design, you’ll guide our design vision and shape the future of how teams conduct user research. You’ll lead a talented group of four product designers, elevate design quality across our platform, and help define how AI enhances both our customer experience and internal workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to define product strategy and long-term design direction.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the design team, fostering excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
- Define and evolve our design principles, balancing innovation, usability, and speed.
- Improve design operations, processes, and cross-functional communication.
- Incorporate user feedback, data, and research insights into every design decision.
- Explore how AI can streamline workflows and improve customer value.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design.
- 3+ years leading a design team at an early or mid-stage SaaS company.
- Experience with design systems, process optimization, and remote team management.
- Strong strategic thinking—able to connect design vision to business goals.
- A bias for action and passion for user-centered design.
- Curiosity about how AI is shaping the future of product design.
