Email & Visual Designer

Modular is a CRM and lifecycle marketing agency helping high-growth U.S. brands scale smarter. We’re looking for a talented Email & Visual Designer based in Latin America to join our fully remote team.

This is a hands-on design role focused on email — ideal for someone fluent in Figma and English, with an eye for detail and a passion for clean, responsive design.

What you’ll do

• Design responsive, on-brand email campaigns and reusable templates
• Build scalable, reusable component systems in Figma
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementation
• Contribute to visual design across marketing materials, UI, websites, and more
• Help evolve our internal design systems, processes, and asset libraries
• Use AI tools to speed up asset generation and design exploration

You’re a great fit if you

• Are highly skilled in Figma, including components and variants
• Have a strong portfolio of email and general visual design work
• Understand how design translates into code (especially email HTML constraints)
• Communicate clearly in English (B2 level or higher) — written and spoken
• Have experience with ecommerce tools like Klaviyo
• Use AI and automation to enhance your creative workflow
• Thrive in autonomous roles and manage your own time well
• Collaborate comfortably with developers, marketers, and strategists
• Care about how design contributes to business goals and performance
