You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and strategists in an agile setting to improve mobile-first user experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with UX researchers and product leads to uncover insights and opportunities
  • Create UX deliverables: annotated wireframes, mockups, prototypes, production-ready assets
  • Participate in every phase of the product lifecycle: ideation, research, design, optimization
  • Present your work clearly through storytelling and rationale
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business and tech constraints
  • Use and help maintain the design system
  • Apply Design Thinking methods and human-centered principles
  • Use Figma, Jira, and stay up to date on modern design tools

What They’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience designing mobile-first digital products
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design
  • Portfolio showing modern, well-thought-out UX work
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Comfortable using Figma, Jira, and design systems
  • Bachelor’s in HCI, UX Design, or equivalent project experience
  • Ability to create intuitive, accessible, and inclusive designs
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Nice Perks & Culture

  • Strong work-life balance and emphasis on employee well-being
  • Global design community with diversity and learning culture
  • No dress code, but a "no jerk" policy
  • Commitment to inclusion and accessibility throughout the process

Let me know if you'd like:

  • A comparison between this and the WiserAdvisor or Vizcom roles
  • Help crafting a personalized portfolio blurb or cover note tailored to this job
  • To build a shortlist of roles that fit your current goals and skill level (freelance, design system work, or mobile-first)

This one seems ideal if you're looking for a stable long-term remote contract with an international team and a clear UX process.
