Activepieces is the only AI agent builder equally embraced by developers and non-technical users. With over 100,000 users and growing fast, we're a small remote team with big ambitions. We're now hiring our first in-house designer to help define and evolve our brand and product experience.
The Role
As the Founding Designer at Activepieces, you'll lead the visual direction of everything we create—across brand, product, and marketing. You’ll work closely with our founders, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life and shape the feel of our platform and identity.
This is a rare opportunity to define the design culture and voice of a company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve a cohesive brand identity across our site, product, docs, and social channels
- Design intuitive, modern interfaces for our core product and workflows
- Create high-impact marketing assets, visuals, and campaigns
- Develop scalable design systems that support our growth
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, product design, and marketing
- Solid experience in UI/UX and graphic design
- Advanced proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Strong visual storytelling and brand thinking
- Experience designing for SaaS, AI tools, or early-stage startups
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and work independently
