For this project, OpenTrain is looking for people with practical Google Slides and presentation-building experience to create training examples based on realistic computer workflows.

About the Role

OpenTrain AI is hiring a Google Slides AI Task Recording Specialist to create, complete, record, and document realistic presentation workflows that will be used for AI training.

You'll design practical scenarios in Google Slides, prepare the necessary files and assets, record yourself completing each workflow, and document the process so it can be clearly understood and reviewed.

Tasks may involve business presentations, educational materials, branded templates, charts, diagrams, collaborative editing, speaker notes, transitions, sharing permissions, and file exports.

No previous professional AI experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Create realistic Google Slides tasks based on real-world scenarios.
• Build business decks, educational presentations, reports, and other presentation materials.
• Prepare images, charts, templates, files, and reference materials.
• Record complete Google Slides workflows on your computer.
• Document each task's objectives, context, steps, assets, and expected outcome.
• Work with layouts, themes, formatting, images, and shapes.
• Create and edit charts and diagrams.
• Use speaker notes and presentation transitions.
• Demonstrate comments and collaborative editing workflows.
• Manage sharing permissions and exports.
• Work with Google Drive and browser-based file management.
• Review recordings and documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

Candidates should have practical experience using Google Slides and be comfortable creating and managing presentations independently.

Requirements include:

• Hands-on Google Slides experience.
• Knowledge of layouts, themes, and formatting.
• Experience working with images, shapes, charts, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with speaker notes and transitions.
• Understanding of comments and collaborative editing.
• Experience managing sharing permissions.
• Ability to export and manage presentation files.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
