Revolut is opening applications for its Rev-celerator Graduate Programme 2026, created for recent design graduates ready to make an impact in fintech. The programme begins with an intensive bootcamp, where participants develop their design, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. After training, you’ll join Revolut’s product teams to design user-focused experiences for millions of global customers.
Top performers may receive a full-time Product Designer offer at the end of the programme.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design new features
- Research and define user needs, turning insights into actionable solutions
- Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on results
- Evaluate launches and suggest improvements based on data and feedback
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (graduation year 2024, 2025, or 2026)
- Predicted or achieved grade equivalent to 2:1 or higher
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to start full-time in September 2026

The programme is open to candidates worldwide. Revolut will assist with visa, travel, and first-month accommodation for those relocating to one of its hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
