Blackbaud is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring their employer brand to life and strengthen internal communications. You’ll design visual content that engages employees, attracts new talent, and reflects the company’s culture through impactful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Create visuals for recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and social media.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to develop branded materials that enhance candidate experiences.
- Design templates and graphics for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms that highlight the company as an employer of choice.
Internal Communications
- Produce engaging visuals for newsletters, the intranet, and employee events.
- Support leadership teams with branded presentations and infographics.
- Design materials that celebrate company culture, diversity, and employee recognition.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with global brand and creative teams to maintain visual consistency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver designs that meet business needs and deadlines.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Production & Asset Management
- Maintain a library of templates and visual assets for consistent use.
- Ensure accessibility and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist with video editing and motion graphics when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in employer branding or internal communications.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
