Create impactful beauty brand experiences across every customer touchpoint

Rare Beauty Brands is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creative team behind Kate Somerville, one of the company's leading skincare brands.

In this role, you'll produce high-quality visual assets across packaging, e-commerce, retail, social media, and product launches while helping maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity. You'll collaborate closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, on-brand designs that reach customers across multiple channels.

What you'll do

As a Graphic Designer, you'll contribute to a wide range of marketing and brand initiatives, including:

  • Designing creative assets for e-commerce, email campaigns, paid media, Amazon, and social channels.
  • Creating packaging updates, promotional kits, and product launch materials.
  • Supporting retail merchandising, in-store displays, and visual education materials.
  • Producing product renderings, image retouching, and compositing.
  • Transforming creative briefs into engaging visual solutions while following established brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with innovation launches and new product initiatives.
  • Managing projects and deadlines using creative workflow tools.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Ecommerce, Innovation, Social, and Operations teams.
  • Supporting photoshoots, presentations, and creative production as needed.

What they're looking for

You'll likely be a great fit if you have:

  • 2–4 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio featuring beauty, consumer products, packaging, or digital marketing work.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative communication skills and openness to creative feedback.
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms is a plus.

Salary

$80,000–$85,000 USD per year, plus bonus potential.
