Graphic Designer at Prime Scale Creative

Prime Scale Creative is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for typography, strong creative instincts, and the ability to bring clarity, energy, and polish to every layout—whether it’s a full brand identity, a product brochure, a pitch deck, or even merchandise.

We’re a small, fast-moving team that partners with a mix of tech-forward brands, creative startups, and cultural icons. This role is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between structured B2B work and expressive, concept-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for branding and brand-related projects
• Design high-impact presentations, brochures, and editorial-style content
• Build and evolve brand systems across print and digital
• Present creative work and visual direction in client meetings
• Own projects from concept to final delivery
• Apply high-level craft to typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with writers, project managers, and other designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency experience (branding, editorial, or multidisciplinary work preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and narrative design
• Experience designing for print and prepping files for production
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing calls
• Ability to work on both strategic and creative design challenges
• Fluent English and availability to work in PST-friendly hours

Bonus Points

• Experience with Figma
• Familiarity with both SaaS/tech and expressive branding projects
• Interest in motion, web, or interactive design
