About the Role
Resident is a fast-growing omnichannel home furnishings company that values quality, timeless style, and comfort. Our brands include Nectar, DreamCloud, Awara, and Siena. We rely on data science, performance marketing, and ecommerce technology to disrupt the category and serve customers better.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand Design team. Reporting to the Senior Designer and collaborating closely with Growth and Creative teams, you will play a key role in developing compelling visual assets across multiple formats including static and video ads, web pages, Amazon ads, and digital assets. Occasionally, you may support packaging and print projects.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original design work that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Deliver innovative visual solutions balancing creativity, speed, and business impact.
- Conceptualize and execute brand identity systems, advertising campaigns, and unique layouts.
- Manage the full design process independently from concept through production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Growth, Retail, and Operations.
- Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and non-designers.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred but not required.
- Excellent visual design skills with strong typography and composition knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively and translate ideas into effective designs.
