We’re a remote-first team of 20 designers and strategists working primarily with startups. Our projects focus on creating mini websites, presentation decks, and design assets that help early-stage companies stand out.
You’ll collaborate with the team on projects while also handling solo assignments. To support you, we provide a full library of templates, SOPs, and mentorship from experienced designers.
What You’ll Do
- Design websites, decks, and assets with a strong visual identity.
- Use Figma to deliver high-quality, professional design work.
- Balance creative freedom with clear processes and deadlines.
- Collaborate with teammates while also handling independent projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Figma skills and knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to create polished, conversion-focused visuals.
- Interest in startups and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start soon (multiple openings available).
What We Offer
