Join VRChat’s fully remote team and help shape the future of immersive social experiences. As a Product Designer on the Growth team, you’ll craft onboarding flows, design systems, and user journeys that welcome new users and keep them coming back.
This role is remote-friendly worldwide. You can work from anywhere — just make sure you have some overlap with U.S. time zones for team collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Design intuitive, cross-platform experiences for mobile, desktop, and VR.
- Focus on onboarding, re-engagement, and user retention.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design leads to ship impactful features.
- Turn complex problems into elegant design solutions using Figma, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design systems.
What they’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer digital products.
- 2+ years contributing to design systems.
- Strong communication and systems thinking.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with growth funnels, notifications, or immersive 3D/VR experiences.
