Are you passionate about visual storytelling and looking for meaningful work? We2 is seeking talented Illustrators who can develop strong concepts, bring them to life through captivating visuals, and want to make a positive impact on the world. This role requires expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities
You’ll follow our 3-step illustration process:
- Concept – Read and understand the text. Summarize it and write a short description of what the illustration should communicate.
- Sketch – Create a layout-friendly sketch that visualizes the concept clearly and effectively.
- Finalization – Transform the sketch into a polished, engaging, and accurate illustration.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with the design team.
- Creating illustrations that are inclusive and culturally appropriate for diverse audiences.
- Handling sensitive topics—such as migration, suicide prevention, and mental health—with dignity, clarity, and a positive tone.
Requirements
- Advanced English; able to understand briefs and write clear visual concepts.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong illustration skills and versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (other tools are a plus).
- A passion for meaningful, impact-driven work.
