About the Role

Nebo is looking for an Interactive Designer who enjoys turning ideas into thoughtful, engaging visual experiences.

You'll work alongside Art Directors and UX teams to develop digital concepts and interfaces, while partnering with developers to explore how interaction and functionality can make those experiences stronger.

The role offers plenty of variety. Rather than concentrating on a single product or medium, you'll have opportunities to design across web, mobile, social, digital marketing, and print for clients with different audiences and creative needs.

It's a strong fit for a designer early in their career who already has solid visual fundamentals and wants to expand their craft within a collaborative agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Work with Art Directors to develop and execute designs for interactive and digital marketing projects.
• Collaborate with UX teams to create polished interfaces and engaging digital experiences.
• Partner with copywriters and marketing leads to translate concepts into cohesive creative work across multiple channels.
• Work alongside developers to improve interactions, functionality, and the quality of the final experience.
• Adapt creative thinking across web, mobile, social, print, and other formats.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver work on schedule and within project budgets.
• Contribute ideas while learning from specialists across design, UX, development, and marketing.

You should bring:

• At least 1–3 years of professional design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• An interest in interactive and digital experiences.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, developers, copywriters, and marketers.
• A self-starting approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
• A bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline.
