Internship - Video Editor - Paid Social

A mission-driven digital product company based in Berlin is looking for a Video Editor Intern to support its paid social media efforts. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone passionate about personal growth, performance marketing, and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with experienced founders and a creative team to produce high-performing video content that fuels user acquisition across channels like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging, conversion-focused video ads for paid social campaigns
• Continuously refresh and iterate on creative assets to maintain strong engagement
• Experiment with new formats such as in-stream, 360, and interactive experiences
• Develop and test creative hypotheses using A/B testing and performance insights
• Contribute to a seamless visual experience across the user journey—from ads to landing pages

About You

• Experience editing video content for social media, mobile apps, or gaming
• Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or Blender (Lottie is a plus)
• A strong creative sense combined with an analytical mindset
• Able to balance creative ideas with performance goals and brand guidelines
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Motivated by personal growth and continuous improvement
