The Role
As a Video Editor focused on Paid Social, you’ll create performance-driven video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your work will directly influence growth, engagement, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce engaging, high-performing videos tailored for paid social campaigns.
  • Experiment with new formats (e.g., in-stream, instant experiences, 360 video).
  • Use storytelling to elevate content across the customer journey.
  • Apply A/B testing and data analysis to optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Portfolio showcasing creative video editing.
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or Blender (Lottie animation is a plus).
  • Understanding of social media content strategies for consumer products, apps, or gaming.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work well in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
