Jr. Product Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Product Designer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll partner with a design lead, developers, and product managers to build seamless digital experiences. You’ll help bring concepts to life and refine user flows, working on both client and internal projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with product managers and developers to design thoughtful, user-centered solutions
• Help create mockups and visual assets for new business opportunities
• Turn briefs and requirements into intuitive designs that align with strategic goals
• Adapt and improve upon existing design patterns and frameworks
• Present your design rationale to team members and clients when needed

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in product or UX design
• Degree in design or related field, or a UX bootcamp graduate
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
• Confident using design tools like Figma
• A portfolio that shows both creativity and problem-solving
• Comfortable building high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience designing for both mobile and desktop
• Attention to visual consistency and design systems
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Flexible working style and strong collaboration skills

Bonus skills:

• Familiarity with user research practices
• Branding and logo design experience
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge

Location & Time Zone Requirements:

• Candidates should have significant working hours overlap with Pacific Time (PT)
• Initially limited to onshore applicants, with the possibility of expanding later
