About the Role
Frequence is hiring a Visual Designer to join their remote-first design team. In this role, you’ll focus on creating polished digital display ads for a wide range of U.S.-based clients using Photoshop. You’ll work within an established design system and collaborate with other designers, client managers, and stakeholders. What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality banner ads using Adobe Photoshop and their internal artboard system
- Conceptualize and refine designs based on client briefs
- Collaborate with a remote team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent results
- Stay current on design trends and tools, especially those that help streamline repetitive tasks
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Photoshop, especially working with artboards and smart objects
- A portfolio that shows strong visual skills, typography, and attention to detail
- Good communication and a collaborative mindset
- Organized and comfortable working on multiple projects at once
- A positive, humble attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning
Nice to Have
- Interest in AI-assisted design or workflow automation
- Curiosity about other creative disciplines (e.g., web, motion, video, audio, etc.)
- Willingness to take ownership and bring new ideas to the team
Salary & Compensation
This is a full-time remote role with a base salary of $28,000–$32,000 USD, depending on experience and location. The company offers additional benefits and is committed to fair compensation based on skills and contributions.
