Code and Theory is looking for a creative Junior Visual Designer to help shape engaging, high-impact digital experiences. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design of user interfaces, visual narratives, and innovative concepts — combining creativity with strategic thinking to deliver designs that inspire and perform.
You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced design leaders while working with a distributed, global team. This position blends hands-on visual design with opportunities to explore new technologies, such as AI and data-driven creative tools.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Strong eye for visual aesthetics with the ability to design for performance and usability.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
- Interest in using AI and generative tools as part of the design workflow.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, feedback-driven environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new design approaches.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role starts at $64,500, with final pay depending on experience, skills, and location.
