– Support the sales team with decks, one-pagers, and product sheets
– Maintain and expand branded templates and visual libraries
– Assist with website updates and create digital assets optimized for engagement
– Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
– Design visuals for conferences, sponsorships, and events
– Prepare internal visuals for presentations and recruiting materials

Requirements

– 1–3 years of design experience (internships, freelance, or full-time)
– Skilled in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
– Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
– Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
– Open to feedback and eager to learn

Nice to Have

– Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
– Familiarity with SaaS or legal technology
– Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace)

What You’ll Gain

– Hands-on experience across a variety of marketing and visual design projects
– Exposure to a fast-growing SaaS company serving global law firms
– Opportunities to learn about brand strategy, UX/UI, and design systems
– A collaborative, supportive work culture where your work has real impact

How to Apply

Send your resume and a link to your portfolio β€” student work, freelance, or personal projects are welcome. PacerPro values your design eye and potential to grow more than years of experience.
