The role
Join Binance’s Global Creative Team as a Junior Motion Designer and help shape how millions of people experience the world of crypto. From product launches to global campaigns, you’ll create animations and videos that educate, inspire, and engage. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, experiment with new tools, and contribute to one of the most recognized brands in the blockchain space.
What you’ll do
- Design and edit motion graphics and video content for social media, campaigns, events, websites, and ads
- Turn creative briefs into engaging 2D animations (and occasional 3D)
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to develop impactful content
- Support daily asset production and ensure timely delivery
- Adapt and localize assets for different markets, platforms, and formats
- Stay up to date with trends in motion design, crypto, and blockchain
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s storytelling
What you bring
- Some hands-on experience in motion graphics or video creation (through internships, freelance, coursework, or personal projects)
- Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Google Veo 3) is a plus, not required
- Strong sense of design, timing, and composition
- Interest in storytelling and branding through video
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
