What You’ll Do

As a Junior Digital Product Designer at Sophilabs, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their goals and transform them into seamless digital experiences. You’ll help plan and conduct research, illustrate ideas, create and test prototypes, and iterate based on feedback. You'll apply user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices to ensure your work is inclusive, functional, and delightful.

You’ll also ensure your designs are optimized for all devices and browsers, contributing to products that are both visually appealing and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to define product goals and user needs
  • Plan and support UX research studies
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results
  • Apply accessibility and responsive design principles
  • Identify product problems and propose practical solutions
  • Support the creation of MVPs and contribute to A/B test strategies
  • Interpret user feedback and behavior data to improve designs
  • Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience creating user journey maps and MVPs
  • Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Passion for delivering excellent user experiences

Preferred

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Scrum or agile workflows
  • Experience with tools like Sketch, UXPin, InVision, or Quartz
  • Remote work experience or strong self-management skills
