We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to creating engaging and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to enhance our products and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating wireframes, sketches, user flows, and prototypes to visualize user interactions
- Support user research activities, including helping with planning, taking notes, and analyzing studies
- Collaborate closely with Experience Strategy Designers, Researchers, and SMEs to enhance our products
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, QA, architects, product managers) to solve UX challenges
- Contribute to delivering high-value user experiences
- Apply established design standards and use design systems and component libraries effectively
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing UX design projects
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Openness to feedback and willingness to improve
- Strong communication skills in English
