Role Overview
Hubtype is looking for a Junior UX Designer – Conversational AI to help shape the next generation of conversational experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow their skills in UX, conversational design, and design systems. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and delivery leads to create intuitive and accessible bot interactions.

What You’ll Do
- Design user flows and conversational experiences that are clear, engaging, and easy to interact with
- Work in Figma to create and maintain design files and contribute to the shared design system
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Support usability testing and UX research activities
- Apply UX best practices to improve clarity, consistency, and accessibility
- Contribute to documentation and visual assets for automated experiences
- Help streamline existing workflows and processes through automation
- Participate in design critiques and cross-functional discussions
Requirements
- Education in UX Design, Product Design, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 0–2 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Conversational Design
- Understanding of design fundamentals: layout, color, typography, hierarchy
- Interest in accessibility and collaborative work with development teams
- Basic understanding of conversational design (user intent, tone, dialogue flows)
- Comfortable using automation tools
