The Role
We’re looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team in Spain. You’ll collaborate with senior designers, researchers, and product teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences for teachers and students.
This role is ideal for someone early in their UX/UI career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact on one of the world’s largest edtech platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Support design projects from research to delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on user-centered solutions
- Assist in creating user flows, prototypes, and UI designs
- Maintain and refine the design system and UI components
- Participate in research sessions and apply insights to improve user experiences
About You
- Up to 2 years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showing proficiency in design thinking and visual design
- Skilled with Figma and familiar with design systems
- Understanding of UX best practices and responsive design
- Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Bonus points if you have:
- UX/UI certification, bootcamp, or related degree
- Familiarity with user research and competitor analysis
What We Offer
- Salary: €27,000 – €33,000 depending on experience
- Remote-first in Spain, with access to our Barcelona office
