Role Overview
The Landing Page & Email Design Specialist will lead the end-to-end creation of high-impact promotional landing pages and email marketing campaigns. Combining technical skills, creative design, and marketing strategy, you will craft visually engaging, conversion-focused digital assets in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a key member of our Marketing Automation team, you’ll optimize landing pages, boost customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, high-converting landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to ensure brand alignment and campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing page elements such as headlines, CTAs, and visuals to improve conversions.
- Use heatmaps, analytics, and user feedback to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
- Adapt and create design assets in coordination with the Art Department.
- Write clean, reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for landing pages.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure cross-device and platform functionality.
- Strategize, design, and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with audience segments and marketing goals.
- Build and optimize dynamic, personalized email templates for automation.
- Analyze email database segments and apply best practices to improve deliverability and engagement.
- Track and report email campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure email designs perform well across devices, platforms, and email clients.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Acoustic Insights, Google Analytics, Sisense) to measure campaign success.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to innovate marketing approaches.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, design, web, and customer service teams to maintain messaging consistency.
- Manage email marketing platforms (such as Acoustic) for deployment and tracking.
- Maintain project schedules and update stakeholders regularly.
- Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, analysis, and testing.
- Recommend new tools and technologies to enhance workflows and campaign outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in responsive design principles and email client compatibility.
- Excellent design eye with the ability to balance creativity and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user behavior for effective design.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
- Creative problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years experience in email marketing and web or graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Media, Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud.
- Experience with email/marketing platforms such as Acoustic, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze, or ClickFunnels.
- Experience with landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or LeadPages.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email and web development.
