Lead Content Writer (iGaming)

This role is at the center of that magic. As our Lead Content Writer, you will define the language that bridges feature vision with player imagination. You’ll be responsible for everything from establishing naming systems for our portfolio to crafting detailed technical copy for high-profile game launches. Working closely with product owners, artists, mathematicians, and developers, you'll ensure that every sentence tells the right story, fits perfectly on screen, and supports our overall strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Consistent Naming Conventions: Create and refine naming systems for slot games, features, and campaigns to ensure consistency across our portfolio.
• Legal and Trademark Oversight: Establish title frameworks that avoid trademark conflicts and collaborate with legal teams to clear potential issues.
• Write High-Profile Launch Content: Produce engaging content such as trailers, previews, rule sets, and bonus explanations that resonate with various player segments and distribution channels.
• Build a Scalable Content Repository: Design and maintain a structured repository for rule guides, gameplay walkthroughs, and other key content assets, available for both internal and external use.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity: Turn intricate design logic into compelling, player-friendly narratives that enhance engagement and understanding.
• Manage a Long-Term Content Calendar: Coordinate with product roadmaps and live operations schedules to plan and execute content around launch windows and key events.
• Integrate Copy into Builds: Insert, test, and verify all in-game text using XML/JSON configurations; troubleshoot language issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Oversee Localization Pipelines: Direct translation efforts using platforms like Crowdin (or similar), ensuring that voice, layout, and character limits are maintained across more than 20 locales.
• Act as Content Authority: Serve as a cross-functional resource, ensuring that messaging aligns with technical models, UX standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce Supporting Visuals: Use tools such as Photoshop to curate game screenshots, annotate visuals, and prepare assets for pitch decks and certification documents.

What You Bring:

• iGaming Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in real-money or iGaming, with a portfolio that includes successful slot titles and live operations.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Mastery of English with the flexibility to switch between a dynamic, brand-driven tone and clear, instructional language.
• Diverse Content Experience: Demonstrated ability to write for user interfaces, marketing materials, help centers, and community engagement platforms.
• Creative Naming Instincts: A talent for creating memorable, conversion-boosting names that enhance brand recall.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with structured data formats (XML/JSON) and comfort working in technical build environments; an automation-friendly mindset is a plus.
• Innovative Approach: Experience incorporating generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) into your content creation processes.
• Visual Editing Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, including non-destructive editing and asset optimization through smart-object workflows.
• Organizational Rigor: Exceptional project management and documentation skills to track stakeholder input and maintain content integrity.

• Experience with titles featuring innovative slot mechanics or cross-platform features.
• Hands-on experience optimizing Crowdin or similar localization workflows for large-scale content production.
