Lead Designer

C0ffee
USA Only
Full-time
Apply
This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

C0ffee is building a new kind of consumer social product—expressive, emotional, and alive. Design isn’t an afterthought here—it’s the heart of everything. From fluid interactions to visual storytelling, you'll define the soul of the product from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve the visual identity across product, brand, and marketing
  • Design intuitive, expressive UI/UX for mobile and web
  • Build a scalable design system that maintains creativity and soul
  • Craft motion and interaction design that enhances user experience
  • Lead creation of landing pages, social assets, and growth campaigns
  • Collaborate directly with founders and engineers—move fast, ship high-quality work
  • Be hands-on while guiding and inspiring the broader creative direction

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years designing digital products (especially in early-stage or fast-moving teams)
  • A portfolio showing range across product, brand, and motion/visual storytelling
  • Strong skills in Figma, motion tools (After Effects, Rive, etc.), and brand design
  • Experience shipping consumer products (bonus: >1M daily active users)
  • Passion for how things feel—not just how they look
  • A balance between pushing quality and shipping quickly
  • Excitement for building from scratch and shaping a product’s early direction

How They Work

  • Momentum over perfection
  • Product-first, collaborative culture
  • Transparent, open communication
  • Direct collaboration with founders and engineers—no middle management
  • Design is about the entire experience

How to Apply
They're looking for designers ready to shape something from the ground up. To apply, send:

  • A 2–3 minute Loom introducing yourself and walking through a product or campaign you’ve designed (what you did, what you learned, what you’d do differently)
  • A link to your portfolio or case studies (include product + brand/marketing work)
  • LinkedIn, socials, or anything else relevant
