What you'll be working on
This role combines instructional design, AI, and technology education.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Designing structured online learning experiences for technical subjects.
- Partnering with AI and software engineering experts to transform technical knowledge into learner-friendly content.
- Developing learning outcomes, course structures, assessments, and storyboards.
- Creating reusable templates and design frameworks that improve content quality and scalability.
- Reviewing production work and providing guidance to content vendors and educational partners.
- Exploring AI-assisted workflows and new approaches that improve learning design and content creation.
Who this role is for
You'll likely be a strong fit if you have experience in both technology and education.
The ideal candidate has:
- A background in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing or delivering technical learning experiences.
- Practical experience building software, AI applications, or technology-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and its practical applications.
- Strong instructional design skills with an interest in scalable online education.
- The ability to collaborate with technical experts and cross-functional teams.
Experience with learning analytics, course authoring tools, or educational platforms is a plus.
